Teaching Resources
IDEAS members work across the schools, initial teacher education and community sectors delivering and supporting the development of Global Citizenship Education. As a network, we collaborate where possible to ensure that our work is mutually supportive and coherent.
Classroom resources are a useful way for teachers and other educators to refresh their classroom practice, address current issues and explore new topic areas.
Resources for Global Citizenship Education focus on participative, active learning and may cover specific countries or regions as well as themes such as human rights, peace and conflict, slavery, food, sustainable development, climate change, equality and diversity, justice and equity.
Many IDEAS members produce resources and where a specific need is identified they often work together to develop new ones.
